1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at service@jeswei.com. As long as the order has not been shipped, we can process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to follow our return or exchange procedures outlined below.
2. Returns
- Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact. Custom - designed rings are non - returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to service@jeswei.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item).
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 - 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 - 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
- Availability: We offer exchanges for items in stock. If you would like to exchange your purchased ring for a different size, style, or design (subject to availability), you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange Process: First, contact our customer service at service@jeswei.com and provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the details of the replacement item. We will confirm the availability of the new item and send you a return label for the original product. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost for standard shipping.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@jeswei.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Resolution: After reviewing your report, we will either issue a full refund, send a replacement product, or provide a repair service, depending on the nature of the problem. If we determine that the product is damaged or defective due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.
5. Non - Refundable Items
- Custom - designed rings, personalized engraved items, and clearance sale items are non - refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
6. Refund Timeline
- For refunds initiated due to regular returns, expect the process to take 7 - 15 business days from the time we receive your returned item.
- In the case of damaged or defective products, if a refund is issued, it will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after our inspection.
